Spinach Ricotta Shells

Alfredo sauce, jumbo shells, Italian blend cheese, Ricotta cheese, spinach, egg
dump ricotta and add one egg, stir

Mix in one bag of frozen spinach, use the bag kind not box

spray glass baking dish

put a layer of alfredo sauce on botton, add water or chicken stock to thin and spread

boil shells until almost tender, stuff with ricotta mixture, pour remaining alfredo over stuffed shells, and top with cheese; bake at 450 for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted

we like our cheese brown and bubbly
